Permanently repairs spark plug port threads on Ford Triton engines. Inserts provide a mechanically locked solid repair sleeve between the threads in the head and the “half-thread” taperseat spark plug. Works on 1.9, 3.8, 4.6, 5.4 and 6.8 liter engines. No need to remove the head. Kit includes piloted reamer tap, tap extension, installation tool and 8 inserts, all packed in blowmold case. Replacement insert pack 98149 available separately.
