We have established this service to be able to offer the best possible value on automotive remanufactured computers
also known as ECM, PCM, ECU, Power Module, Logic Module, SMEC & SBEC, etc. Here is how it works: You must send us
first your old vehicle computer with credit card information. We do remanufacture it and send it back to you.
The average turnaround time is 10 business days (means 14 actual days) Thus we are able to offer the lowest possible

The price for remanufacturing your old computer will be determined once we receive the ECM and properly identify it.
We shall contact you before we start any work with the total price for your approval. We shall not start working on the ECM before you approve.
You can also call us at 781-810-4507 before you send the ECM for repair for a rough estimate. A general rule of thumb is the
repair and return cost is about 50% of the price of a new or remanufactured computer at your local dealer. You can also check the catalog

Important Considerations you must read and understand before you send us the old part for remanufacturing:
You must send the old part first together with or without payment. If you want to find

When we receive the part we shall identify it and match against the submitted vehicle information. If we have the part in stock we shall
send it the next business day from existing stock supply. If we do not have it we shall remanufacture yours and send it back to you.
You may expect to receive your computer normally back within 14 days (shipping time to us: 2-4 days; remanufacturing process:
5-7 business days; return shipping: 2-4 days)
Return shipping is by UPS ground or US priority mail for addresses outside continental USA.
All parts are warranted for 12 000 miles / 12 months by the manufacturer only. The limitted warranty includes only the intended original use of
the part, any modifications or uses for racing, offroading, etc. voids the warranty. You must use the proper equipment to test all vehicle
circuits before installing the new part. If you use the computer to test the vehicle components the warranty is void.
Statistics shows that in 80% of the cases the old parts are repairable. The 20% when parts cannot be repaired are when they are missing parts,
were physically abused including burning, flooding, acid spills, trying to repair the computer yourself, cracked main boards, etc. In general computers rarely fail by themselves and we mean it.
It is some other component that has failed or the part was abused or not used according to specifications (racing) when the
computer has failed.
If the part is not repairable we shall contact you to ask what to do. If you want the part returned to you, you must pay the
return shipping.
If you send us a good part but you think it is defective you will incur the minimum test fee of $99.95 + return shipping. It
happens more often than you may think. Therefore make sure it is the computer that has failed before sending it for repair.
